Hey Everyone....Firstly thank you so much for listening and digging and grooving to the new dreemtime tracks from the BLACK E.P it's heart warming to hear that so many are into it..
To set the matter straight I'm actually 'an Englishman in New York'..and dreemtime' is..basically me...and naturally,the cool talented musicians that I put together out here in the Apple'. I very much run an Incognito Bluey' vibe over here...and this is now my third Album (1.Dreamy' featuring Maya Azucena- 2.N.Y.L.F-featuring Anise..)
Now it' sthe turn for the RITUALS Album -Featuring E.R.I.C and Company.
RITUALS will consist of the three EP's..BLACK-WHITE and GOLD.
Black has had the amazing vocal talent of E.R.I.C -who was turned onto me by Phil Driver to which I will forever be in his debt..listening to his tones and sound will justify that hopefully.
Also the track 'See The Light' - a tribute musically to' Gil Scott Heron'...also,I have to say, was inspired from a conversation that I had with Phil a couple of years back...he'd mentioned about ..looking out for Silver linings in these trying musical times'..and watching out for the Chinks of light'...and grasping and holding on to the good parts..and 'Seeing The light'... thats how it came about being written.
Aki Kasuga supplied the beautiful Flutes and 4MuLA. and I Bass and Piano's and Keys and Bernardo from Italy the rhythm Guitars which are ,in my humble opinion,phenomenal.. We also played percussion too ..to make sure of the live feel. WHITE with Jesse Collasante- is being recorded now..followed by GOLD-Featuring Honey La Rochelle'.. in the next four Months..the Complete album titled RITUALS will be available along with,I hope ,our live shows towards the end of Summer.
